about

Debut album of a progressive jazz outfit of saxophone, trumpet, trombone, bass, drums, and keys. It features all original songs that delve in and out of swing, funk, latin, samba, and other fusions of styles. They are inspired by a year long journey that Brendan took around South America and Southeast Asia in 2018 with the UW Bonderman Fellowship. The songs relate to Brendan's upbringing in the Seattle area, but also have been shaped through the tumultuous and transformative events of the past year.
